As a manager with 30 years of experience, I have faced leadership challenges, risks and opportunities. I would be delighted to share with you what was learned, spare you the stress of trial and error and help you unleash your team’s full potential.

Starting as a front-line manager with DuPont, I have progressed to lead several companies and capital programs in government before presiding over PDI and Proactive Management Group. I have taught management in graduate schools, advised business leaders throughout the world and have also been an executive member of the Prime Minister’s Committee on Government Reform.

I took engineering and commerce in my undergraduate studies and went to Harvard Business School to acquire cutting-edge leadership knowledge. With lawyers and judges, I have gained current negotiation and mediation skills at Harvard Law School. For many years, I was very privileged to learn from Herb Shepard of the Gestalt Institute and Richard Beckhard of MIT Sloan School, two mentors who also became business partners and friends. Recently, I went to MIT to learn the latest on e-business and e-government from the pioneers of the cyberspace.

While challenging, developing team leaders is the most rewarding part of my experience. Customer and talent retention plus long-lasting friendships are a living proof of our track record. Our own firm has performed well regardless of the economic climate and is currently growing. I have distilled the above knowledge and experience in PDI World Seminars.
